Our Process & Service Flow
01. On-Site Assessment
On-site investigation to collect information on production capacity, plant layout, equipment, processes, and products. The existing workshop layout is accurately restored using CAD drawings.
02. Initial Solution Proposal
Process alignment and improvement suggestions are developed. Technical documents and standardized CAD drawings are prepared, forming the initial solution draft.
03. Review & Discussion
Process planners and project stakeholders participate in structured reviews and meetings to fully evaluate and optimize the solution until customer requirements are fully met.
04. Expert Validation
The finalized solution is submitted to process planning experts from Nanjing Forestry University for professional evaluation. Upon approval, the solution is released for implementation.
05. Project Execution & Tracking
LEEV provides dedicated multi-to-one project support, tracking equipment design, manufacturing, inspection, and delivery, with real-time progress feedback throughout the project.
06. Installation & Optimization
Mechanical and electrical engineers conduct on-site installation, including layout marking, equipment positioning, wiring, and system commissioning.
07. Training & Ramp-Up Support
Comprehensive training is provided on operation, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting. Production ramp-up support is carried out simultaneously to ensure smooth project handover.
08. Continuous Service
We provide free software upgrades, remote fault diagnosis, and maintenance services, with a response time within 4 hours and solutions provided within 8 hours.
