Integrated Edge Banding & Drilling Production Line (Case 1)
Project Overview:
This project is an export-oriented furniture factory in Thailand, for which LEEV Intelligent delivered a complete turnkey automation solution. Implemented in accordance with turnkey project standards, LEEV Intelligent was responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including overall planning, equipment configuration, on-site installation and commissioning, as well as long-term operation and maintenance support-ensuring a worry-free and efficient one-stop delivery.
The production line features a highly automated workflow, specifically designed for large-volume, standardized production orders. The process flow is:
Automatic feeding → Edge banding on two long sides → Edge banding on two short sides → Drilling → Automatic unloading
This configuration enables rapid response to mass-production requirements and significantly enhances the customer's manufacturing efficiency and market competitiveness.
