Industry 4.0 Unmanned Board Processing Production Line

Project Overview:

This project is a fully unmanned Industry 4.0 board processing plant, achieving end-to-end automation across both logistics and production processes. The entire plant relies on RGV systems to complete automatic material transportation, while production instructions are issued by the MES system and intelligent location management is handled by the WCS system. Loading/unloading operations and process handovers are completed through coordinated automated equipment.


All automation hardware and software systems were independently developed and implemented by LEEV Intelligent, forming a fully integrated unmanned solution that covers production scheduling, logistics transportation, and warehouse location management.

Whole-Plant Automation Equipment Configuration:

 

The core automation equipment deployed across the plant includes:

  • Powered roller conveyors
  • Panel flipping machines

All equipment is seamlessly connected according to the production sequence, enabling fully automated operations from material loading, conveying, and processing to final palletizing.

The plant operates under a comprehensive digital control architecture, including:

  • WMS (Warehouse Management System)
  • WES (Warehouse Execution System)
  • PLC Control System
  • MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
  • WCS (Warehouse Control System)

This unified system enables digital and intelligent control of production instructions, logistics dispatching, equipment operation, and storage location management, ensuring stable, efficient, and coordinated operation of the unmanned production line.
