Edge Banding Return Conveyor Line

Project Overview:

This project features an edge banding return conveyor line that operates in combination with a single edge banding machine and requires only one operator. Compared with conventional operation modes, the system effectively saves one operator while significantly reducing labor intensity and improving workplace ergonomics.

 

The return line is designed for stable structure and smooth operation, and can be matched with edge banding machines of any processing speed. Each unit is equipped with an independent control cabinet, allowing the system to be put into operation immediately after wiring, ensuring quick installation and ease of use.

The complete return conveyor line consists of:

• Powered roller conveyors
• 180° curved powered roller conveyor
• Belt conveyor
• 90° curved return transfer unit
• Air flotation table
• Integrated control system

These components work in coordination to ensure continuous and efficient panel circulation after edge banding.

The product is available in two standard size options to suit different panel dimensions:

• L 250–2440 × W 250–1220 mm
• L 250–2750 × W 250–1220 mm

The number of air flotation tables can also be flexibly configured based on on-site layout and production requirements, making the system adaptable to various factory environments.
