Edge Banding Machine Lateral Transfer Return Line

Project Overview:

This project features an edge banding machine lateral transfer return line designed to operate with a single edge banding machine and requires only one operator. Compared with traditional operation methods, the system effectively saves one operator while significantly reducing labor intensity and improving operator comfort.

The return line is engineered for stable structure and smooth operation, and is compatible with edge banding machines running at any processing speed. Each unit is equipped with an independent control cabinet, allowing the system to be commissioned immediately after wiring, ensuring fast installation and ease of operation.

The complete lateral transfer return line consists of:

• Lateral transfer conveyors
• Universal roller platforms
• Belt conveyors
• Air flotation tables
• Integrated control system

All components operate in coordination to enable efficient panel circulation and continuous edge banding operations.

The system is available in two standard size options to accommodate different panel dimensions:

• L 250–2440 × W 250–1220 mm
• L 250–2750 × W 250–1220 mm

The number of air flotation tables can be flexibly configured according to on-site conditions and production requirements, making the solution adaptable to various factory layouts.
