Industry 4.0 Whole-Plant Automation Solution
Project Overview:
This project is a complete Industry 4.0 automation and logistics solution provided by LEEV Intelligent for a solid wood furniture manufacturing plant. The solution integrates a wide range of intelligent conveying and automation equipment, including:
- Industrial robots
- Powered roller conveyor systems
- RGV (Rail Guided Vehicles)
- AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles)
- Rotary powered roller lifting conveyors
- AGV docking and receiving racks
- Dual-line powered roller conveyors
- Gravity (non-powered) conveyor lines
The AGV navigation system adopts magnetic strip guidance, enabling fully automatic material transfer throughout the plant. The system seamlessly connects drilling and sanding automation lines, and works in coordination with robotic loading and unloading systems and curved return conveyor lines for edge banding machines, ensuring continuous process flow and highly efficient collaboration between processes.

Whole-Plant Control and Automation:
The entire plant is controlled through an integrated software architecture consisting of:
- WCS (Warehouse Control System)
- MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
- PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
Production instructions are automatically issued by the software systems, enabling unmanned production and centralized intelligent control.
