Six-Side Drilling Integrated Line
Project Overview:
This project integrates multiple six-side drilling machines into a single, unified drilling cell through powered roller conveyors and transfer units. The system is designed with a closed-loop conveying structure featuring a single loading point and a single unloading point, enabling smooth and orderly material flow.
After entering the line, each workpiece is identified by an automatic barcode scanning system, which accurately captures processing information. This data travels synchronously with the workpiece throughout the line, ensuring precise matching of machining parameters at every drilling station.

Intelligent Line Control & Equipment Utilization:
The integrated line operates under a progressive control logic. When workpieces enter the drilling stage, the system follows an idle-priority allocation principle, automatically routing panels to the available six-side drilling machine. This maximizes equipment utilization, prevents bottlenecks, and maintains continuous, efficient production.
To facilitate maintenance and servicing, the unit is equipped with an overhead access bridge, allowing operators to perform routine inspection and maintenance safely and conveniently, significantly reducing operation and maintenance complexity.
Core Value Created by LEEV Intelligent for Clients:
This integrated six-side drilling solution delivers measurable improvements across multiple dimensions:
- Labor reduction: saves 2 operators
- Efficiency improvement: +30% compared with conventional standalone operations
- Space optimization: saves up to 200 ㎡ of factory floor space
These benefits collectively achieve the goals of labor reduction, efficiency improvement, and space optimization.
