Project Overview:

This project is a large-scale panel furniture manufacturing workshop in China, featuring a well-equipped layout and strong production capacity. The workshop is built around a comprehensive automated production system, with core processing equipment including:

• 9 electronic panel saws
• 11 edge banding machines
• 18 drilling machines
• 12 industrial robots
• 1 complete automated packaging system
• Together, these systems form a high-capacity, automated panel furniture production line, capable of efficiently meeting mass-production demands for various types of panel furniture. The entire workflow-covering machining, sorting, and conveying-is fully integrated and coordinated, significantly enhancing production continuity and standardization.
