Production Line End and Packaging Area
This is the most classic application scenario for a non-powered roller conveyor.
Packaging Off-Line Area: At the end of the production line, packaged boxes and cartons are pushed from the powered conveyor line to the non-powered roller conveyor for temporary storage, awaiting bulk transfer.
Packaging and Verification Station: Operators perform final packaging, labeling, or verification of products in this area. The non-powered conveyor allows workpieces to pause at the station for easy operation; once completed, a gentle push allows them to move to the next stage.
Loading/Unloading Buffer Zone: A section of the non-powered roller conveyor is set up near the loading/unloading platform to temporarily store goods about to be loaded or materials just unloaded, achieving efficient connection between trucks and the warehouse.
Assembly and Repair Workshops
Flexibility is key in these scenarios.
Product Assembly Line: During the assembly of lightweight products, workpieces can be manually moved between multiple workstations, facilitating different operations for workers.
Equipment Repair and Debugging Tables: Heavy equipment or products can be pushed onto repair benches, allowing maintenance personnel to easily rotate and move them for operation from various angles.
Warehouse and Logistics Centers
Utilizing their accumulation function, materials are temporarily stored and sorted.
Picking Temporary Storage Area: At the exits of the shelving area, non-powered roller conveyors are installed where picked goods can be temporarily stored, awaiting collection and transport together.
Sorting Point Collection Area: Below each exit of the sorting system, non-powered conveyors are equipped to collect and temporarily store packages sorted from the main line, facilitating subsequent loading.
