Safety and Smooth Operation. Operators must be trained and certified to ensure all components of the hydraulic scissor lift are in good working order. They must also check the hydraulic and electrical systems for proper functioning and ensure the work area is safe and unobstructed. Only with thorough preparation can we confidently begin operations.
The guardrails must be at least 1 meter high and capable of withstanding a static concentrated load of 1000N. Simultaneously, check the work platform for stability and the absence of grease or other slippery substances.
Before putting the hydraulic scissor lift into use, the chassis must be leveled with outriggers, ensuring the outriggers are secure.
Operation is prohibited in unfavorable site conditions, such as uneven ground, subsidence areas, slopes, or icy conditions, as well as in rain, snow, or strong winds (wind speeds reaching 15 meters per hour).
